Delray Honda - Displeased Buyer

Purchased a used car which they claim was safety inspected and gone through with a fine tooth comb. Reality is one tire had seperated belts in it, one tired had a screw in it, broken motor mounts, mis matched pitted spark plugs, and a cabin filter that is covered in mold. This is not up to my standards of safety, however it is for this dealership. I was repeatedly told used cars are not perfect. I never expected perfect, I just expected a vehicle safe for the roadway and an "honest dealer" which obviously this one is not. ★

From the time my dad and I had an interest in the Honda Element on the computer screen to the day we went to the dealership, Sam was always in close contact with us. Sam worked around our schedule and fought to give us a great deal on the car we ended up buying that day. Brickell Motors - 2002 Toyota Rav 4 Review for Sam Mones from North Miami Beach - Brickell Motors

We went in the Brickell Honda with a certain amount of money to spend, a car we like was way more than we can afford. Sam went into the management and got us the car for the exact money we had to spend. He was a great guy, funny, knowledgeable, and easy to trust. My only regret is we did not buy our other car from him. We received bad information from Esserman Acura and purchase the car that has bent frame and turn into a junk. If I could ever sale my Acura, I will go back to Brickell to see Sam. He seem to be a Bless man because he sold two other cars while we were there, they too were smiling and happy. Brickell is lucky to have him and my wife and I also feel Bless to know him. It's not an easy experience to buy a car but we feel we got a good one, Thanks to Brickell and Sam. ★★★★★
